« on: July 21, 2015, 09:52:12 am »

Sorry for flooding pictures, having a couple of months off.
Taken @ Yosemite Nat'l Park few years ago, a "must" place to go visit.
Thanks for your interests.

Your composition is very likeable and perfectly fine. I feel it is one of these images that could also be cropped top and bottom to further zoom in on the waterfall to make it larger and still be a perfectly fine image. An image that has a few possibilities and could possibly be lightened to make it less contrasty.

On my monitor, I find it a bit dark but other than that, it's a beautiful rendition of Yosemite.

I don't think there's any need to apologise for posting stuff like that!

A lovely image. You could lighten it slightly, without losing any detail in the highlights, and in so doing, reveal some more detail in the darker areas. But that's not to detract from a very good photo.

Bill & Jeremy...Thanks so much for your kind words and comments. Editing is as excited as taking photographs. I usually don't remember what I did, many layers, many dodging & burning etc. I can't make the same picture twice! Really enjoy for constructive criticisms!
