Very nice composition! The tree in the foreground really gives a sense of scale to the image. I am not sure if I get the flat black though.

Possibly a little over sharpened? As it is a nice composition and though it looks a little busy at the end of the day a very nice image.

I like the composition, strong elements in the foreground, and distinct trees in the background. It looks a bit "flat" tonally, to my eyes.

I like the composition. The processing gives a lithograph-like quality to the photo; I guess that's what others have described as 'flat'. I find it intriguing.

I really like this, the foreground tree makes the shot particularly interesting. I find the processing an interesting change.

Pramote, you should visit the Birger Sandzen Gallery in Lindsborg, KS. http://sandzen.org/oil-paintings/late-years/  Some of your work, this one especially, reminds me of his paintings.

Great shot!
Processing looks a little flat to me as well. Maybe a little more contrast?
