Just a note that has confused a few people who are both registered on the Discussion Forum and who have a Customer Profile in the Luminous Landscape Store.
The software that runs the Forum (you're looking at it ) and the Store
are totally different. There is no connection between the email address & password used to log in
to the Store and the password used to log in to this Forum.
Naturally you may use the same password, or different ones - your choice.
Administrators can reset the password on this forum should you forget yours. That is not the case in the Store. That software (ZenCart) is far more security-conscious and the only personal information Administrators have access to is your name, address and order details. We cannot access or reset passwords without deleting your record and we cannot edit the information about orders. And once again: we do not store any credit card information.
