You, the pigeon, and the Lady have used the architecture very well to stage this.  

Stacy thinks you have made the photo's age indeterminate.  She wonders if you hoped to spin the genre of Lady Feeding Pigeon in a particular way.  She says the actress who sang the pigeon feeding song in Mary Poppins received an Academy Award for playing Mam Job in the Grapes of Wrath twenty years earlier.  So are you playing this as...?

I think it is one of the more successful subject looking at the camera Street photos.

I agree.

What amazes me is that there is only one pigeon. In any similar situation in Boston, there would be a flock of 20 to 50 pigeons clamoring to be fed.

Thanks for the feedback. It was taken in an ally hence the lack of other pigeons. However another soon arrived and they started pecking each other. The old lady looked surprised at me taking the image and sadly hurried away. I didn't talk to her as there wasn't anybody else about and didn't want to scare her.
