A place to start to get "ball park" figures is to check the "completed" listings on eBay. You may get lucky and find similar lenses there that have sold. Also, one can contact the major NY and Atlanta dealers and ask them. Their prices will generally be discounted, perhaps 40-60% from retail.

The 155mm was an excellent lens for 8x10 or 5x7.  I see them in excellent condition in the 1250-1500.00 depending on condition.  Very heavy though and 105mm filter size.

The 1200mm Nikon is a good lens but needs 2 tripods, or a tripod and a Monopod, for support. 48" lens that still requires 31 inches extension to reach infinity and more for anything closer.   $1200-1500.00 range, would be my estimate for the 1200mm lens.  95mm filter. Convertible with different rear group to 800mm or 600mm.
Hope this helps.

With the 800mm you are correct, but the 1200mm is another beast.  The 800mm only needs 21 inches of extension, so less leverage and vibration being 10 inces less than the 1200mm.
Be well,
