I like it a lot, both the composition and the black&white conversion.

The only thing I don't like as much is the bright part on the left (both in the sky and the fog behind the tree), because I continue to move my eyes from the bright part to the dark part in the foreground to the right.
This eye movement gives me the feeling of too much dynamic, which IMHO doesn't fit well with the scene.
