Problem:  .psd file extension was no longer associated with Photoshop CC 2015  (Windows 7) and Photoshop CC Bridge.

Double clicking on .psd files will not open files in Photoshop CC 2015 and opening .psd files in bridge will not open files in Photoshop CC 2015.

What got me to this point.
1) Had Photoshop CC 2014 installed
2) Installed Photoshop CC 2015 without uninstalling Photoshop CC 2014
3) Uninstalled Photoshop CC 2014 using Create Cloud Desktop Manager (uninstall)

The Fix:

.psd extension no longer associated with Photoshop.  To associate again.

For Windows:
Go to any .psd file stored on a Hard Drive
Left click once to select the file
Right Click and select properties
Under General tab there will be an: "Opens width:"  Click on Change box
Select change and Choose "Photoshop CC 2015"

For Bridge CC(in bridge):
Go to menu Edit , Preferences
With Preferences open select "File Type Associations"
Scroll down to "Photoshop Document (.psd, .psb, ...."
Light click on the down arrow next to Photoshop Document and select browse
Browse to the location were Photoshop CC 2015 executable is and select it (file photoshop.exe) click on open

For Bridge there were over 2 dozen associates with Photoshop (associated with older version) that were no longer valid.  I changed all occurrences.
