I am not aware.
You may see reference to Sinar adapters, these are available in H and V configuration for the same back and are swappable but of course forthe Sinar back and not the H newer digital back.
Sinar offers adapters for Sinar p3, Sinar Hy6, Mamiya RZ67, RB67, 645 AFD, 645Pro, Fuji GX 680, Contax 645, Hasselblad V and H.
I rather think if technically possible Hasselblad would have done that rather than have the V dedicated back series.
In a previous century: Hasselblad offers additional flexibility in the
form of the i-Adapter concept for the Ixpress camera back.
With the Ixpress single-shot 96C, 132C or multi-shot 384C
or 528C, photographers can make a single investment and
use the camera back on both the V-System and H-System
platforms through the use of interchangeable adapter
plates.
Which implies it could be done but I suspect tolerances are the issue in obtaining the focus accuracy now required with digital back resolution.
