Our chipmunk population took a dive during the few weeks that this immature broad winged hawk was resident in our yard. Look at those talons! Nikon D700 with Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8.

Only problem is that when he's sitting on a branch the broad-winged hawk's wings aren't broad. Try catching him in flight, Peter.
