Looks great. How are you finding it with movements? Are you also using it with Rodenstock / Schneider lenses?

So Phase One's A-Series marketing was appropriate after all?

HI Chiek,
have you test the Back with large format lenses too? How good is tilt and shift? Are there problems with colorcast?

Could you zoom to 100% and review the sharpness at liveview?

Is this firmware a beta firmware form hasselblad. The normal firmware has only liveview this there program.

Thank you.
Best

and this video includes olympus 35mm shifting in live view, too.

i heard cfv-50c is not suitable for technical movements. but in my test, It's not bad,

Chiek, just finished up my testing of the ALPA STC w/CFV-50c. As regards movements - horizontal stitch shifted 10mm each side worked out perfectly in PP, though there was loss of color saturation in the shifted images. I tried a vertical stitch and the image was unusable due to severe color banding. ALPA states the lens I was using (40 HR) should be good for stitching well past the shifts I used. So perhaps there is something to what you heard about the back not working well with tech cameras.

No, I did not. I was told I didn't need to with the 40.

Hi John,

I sure one of the expert landscape photographers on the forum will jump in shortly.  Perhaps Paul2660 can pitch in.  It's my understanding that when you "Shift" the lens is when you most need to Shoot a LCC card/plate.  You mentioned in your earlier post that you did a 10mm left and right shift, you would have needed to shoot a plate for every moment.

Could be. Never shot a tech camera before. The pano came out fine, though.

Yes, you definately need to shoot an LCC for every image. On my demo of the 50c, I found it was excellent with movements up about 12mm rise / fall in landscape orientation, about 18mm in portrait orientation. You could push it further, but you need to be careful if you want to maintail colour fidelity. It's an excellent back for use on a tech camera.

Hi Chiek,

Did you try the sensor with any of the old Hasselblad Zeiss lenses?

How was the result?
