Flight! Dubai! Wow! (Totally offtopic).
« on: May 12, 2015, 09:21:46 pm »

Once a year, if I am lucky, I see a work of cinematography that I will remember.

It's amazing how digital photography has facilitated recording the experience and serving the viewer.
The cynic will say technology is allowing us to view the most remote spots of the planet at the same time as technology is allowing destroy these pristine locations :)

As you will guess, I like the first half of this movie more.

Hmm yes, stunning cinematography indeed eronald, along with excellent editing. One aspect of it reminded me of this this, . A simple idea really well done.
Then the location reminded me of this

Both best viewed full screen in HD.

I'm very fortunate to be able to work with these guys.

Had no input into this though - apart from totally failing to get decent photos of Vince and Yves with the DF+ perched 2000 feet up the Burj Khalifa as they whizzed by  ;D

Will be sure to pass on your kind words!

Same link in both. I'm guessing that the hyperlapse you are referring to is this one (same production company as the Jetman one) -

Kind regards,

Gerald.

It was indeed. ta. Post now corrected.
Sometime copy simply doesn't copy, I usually test links to make sure they work for that reason, but obviously forget that time.
I thought it was the same production company mainly from the access film crew had in the location. Meant to check to confirm, but obviously I was too distracted to recall anything.  :)
