Your writing regrading this picture took me back to a similar instance, at a similar place somewhere on the coast of Connemara, maybe 25 years ago. Could have been anywhere, but was in Ireland. One of the pictures that I took is hanging on my wall and gives me a "peaceful" feeling every time I look at it. Your picture and prose capture the moment nicely.

Thanks Peter, it is indeed a peculiar property of Irish loughs that I never tire of experiencing. Maybe, one day, we'll sell this place and move to the banks of one.
