FS 1ST Generation iPad 64GB wi fi and 3G AT&T model

Very clean 64gb iPad, 1st generation with case and power cord. Minimal marks on the back, screen is in marked, like new.This is a Wi Fi and 3G AT&T version.
Asking $350, shipped free. Pics on request.  A case and a cover are included.
