I need to print on clear films (not only once in a while) with Canon iPF8400.
The printer is generating vertical scratches. We are trying to diagnose it. Anybody experienced this on that printer?
It seem to come from the "inside" of the u-turn (paper path), not sure where along the path (exit, entrance, etc.)
Solutions?
I would also appreciate comments from those who experienced NO problems with Clear films on that printer or OTHER large format inkjet printers.
I am trying to figure out if it is related to the model, my unit or if it should be scratch free on inkjet printers.
I am using "waterproof" films. Any suggestions?
