Title: Every Photo on Every Device
Post by: jrp on April 24, 2015, 11:43:54 am
What does the panel recommend as a cloud storage solution?

I use Google Plus for low-res backups as you get free unlimited storage for that, but I would like to store my entire collection (with raws) off site.

Off the top of my head:

Apple Photos seems fine, if you are bought into Apple, but storage is costly.

Mylio: good features, but expensive.  A newish company, so a bit riskier than some others.

The new Amazon offer is the right price, but has poor organisational capability, so it's an archive solution, not one if you want to see your photos on the go.   (They also have the biggest cloud by far in the industry.)

Lightroom: expensive, clunky on mobile devices.

Microsoft OneDrive: have not checked prices recently.
