I like the sky and I think the quiet colors are very nice. The whole image is not dramatic but quite peaceful. I think I would want to pull that lower left corner down a bit to draw the viewers eye back into the center of the image.

Well, you could always boost the saturation in the oranges in the sky:)

Nice image, but to me the shutter speed was too long, the water ends up being featureless in the foreground.

I'm not a fan of very long exposure times but I like the soft colors and framing.

+1. As with your other photographs, I like your choice of tones, and the slow shutter works quite well. I agree with idea of expanding the lower left (and maybe crop a small bit of the right in the process).
