Yes, try this and perhaps and additional 20 or 30 in clarity to this same region.
The blur in the water is exquisite and contrasts wonderfully with the hardness of the rock.

Great shot with excellent leading lines that take you right into the shot and I agree with everything said above and would even suggest going perhaps a full stop darker at the bottom half of the shot, then graduate and feather it in so you don't really notice.
Last little nitpick for me, would be to lower the tones of the brightest areas of the sky, again by about a stop. For me it looks so bright against the rest of the shot, that it draws my eye towards it and doesn't seem to want to let go.
But then these are little nitpicks and the shot is good as it is, but with a tweak or two, it could be really, really good.

Very well done. I am not distracted by the lightest part of the sky, on the contrary. I feel that there is a natural flow from the rock's leading lines towards the bright sky.

I agree. A GF would work well here, in LR or PS or whatever.
