Fooling just 30% does not seem quite enough, but gets tricky: with a strict enough Turing Test, many participants in online forums fail. Also, http://dilbert.com/strips/comic/2008-03-30/

It's a watered down version of the Turing test that this bot "passed." Not impressed.

When the testing details emerge, this test is very far from success.
