Title: Leica Gallery
Post by: Chris_Brown on May 04, 2014, 07:53:24 pm
Many photographers here will enjoy this Leica gallery (http://us.leica-camera.com/World-of-Leica/100-years-of-Leica-photography/Leica-100-years/Iconic-photos). There are some great images presented. There are two that really impacted me: "San Cristobál – René Burri, 1976" and "Waterloo (from the “Roots” cycle) – Harry Gruyaert, 1981". This kind of imagery isn't seen much these days.

I agree, but with regard to Rene Burri at San Cristobal: you'd have to be a real clunker to take a bad photo of a building by Luis Barragan.

Let's hear it for the architect on occasion!
