See page 470 of Martin Evening's Lightroom 5 book.
A Google search also brings up a host of references on how to do this: https://www.google.ca/search?q=lightroom+5+contact+sheets&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&channel=sb&gfe_rd=cr&ei=bE9MU5neM-SM8QeS-IDoCw (https://www.google.ca/search?q=lightroom+5+contact+sheets&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&channel=sb&gfe_rd=cr&ei=bE9MU5neM-SM8QeS-IDoCw)

I used to use the Photoshop Contact Sheet tool, until I discovered that the free FastStone browser does it. And does it better, easier, with a more intuitive interface and the ability to save presets.

Here is an article (http://blogs.adobe.com/richardcurtis/?p=455) on how to do contact sheets in Lightroom.

If you are a Windows user you can also make a quick contact sheet using Windows explorer. Just highlight images in your folder and click on the print button. In the dialogue panel scroll to contact sheet and press print. Nothing fancy but it does work

You've got Lightroom so just use its Print module - begin with the templates called "Contact Sheet".
