I like a lot what you do with blur, I'm a fan of blurring!
What I'd like to see more though is a more selective use of it,
since I believe the contrast between sharper and the more dreamy parts
of images often is what makes them really sing.
In the case of the image above I think its just optional - the image works beautifully like it is.
Cheers

Thanks Chris for your complements.
I 'd love to take a credit of post-processing for blurring but I can't. I didn't do any blurring effect in PS.
I don't know why it's blurred but assume it's from long exposure and the wind.
Best,

It looks much like motion blur.
Just for fun you might want sharpen the path and the rock a little more to see what it does.

EDIT: I just tried it and blended the sharpened layer in soft light mode with selection of rocks and path only - I think its an option.

Thanks Chris for your advice!
I agree. The wind was very strong.

I like it, especially the colors as they are not in the typical HI, saturated ones. The path might be enhanced according to the suggestion made by Christoph but it's already a very good image.
