Here's a 15 Minute edit I did on one of the images from a recent trip. I know it's not perfect so be nice :)
-
Gorgeous. Lovely light and composition with a slightly mysterious edge, given the time of day.
-
I thought the thumbnail looked awfully dark, until I clicked on it to see the larger image, which is quite lovely. Great mood, light, and colors.
-
Not every image needs a 2 hour editing session.
This one has beautiful light and mood, I like it.
I'd consider returning to the location though if possible,
since the trails in the sky -though not extreme- still are somewhat irritating.
You could try to clone them out - well maybe that's more than 15' of work - okay. ;)
Cheers

Hi,
I like it very much.
In my view, the horisontal cropping may be wider, but that is something you never can tell.
Best regards
Erik

It was shortly after sunrise but the light was still good so I kept shooting. I really liked how the grass sweeps to the right serving as a leading line. A big animal such as deer must have laid there at night.

Thank you, Eric.

Thanks Chris. I'll reedit this image and invest 30 minutes. I already know a few things I can do to improve it :)
I do plan to come back to this location since it's not terribly too far. This image could use better skies.

I tried to crop it but doing so crops off the grass in the bottom that creates that leading line to the river. I could crop off the top a tad bit but that won't do much to the image's composition. Thanks for the suggestions though.

To me, it is simply beautiful.

I have a feeling that this image is far better than I can appreciate with my monitor.
Many of the tones are rather subdued and I think a large, well made print might allow this image to display its true majesty.

It's stunning for me.

Thank you, Paulo. I appreciate the kind words.

You're right, Tony. I could bring up some of the details in the shadows but I'm still debating... It is much better viewed on a bigger screen or like you said, a large print. Thanks for your comment :)

amazing shot
in miniature was dark, but when I opened the picture appeared very well as light

Gorgeous.
That is exactly what I was going to say!

Thanks to all again for the compliments and kind words. I'll post a revised version once it's done :)

Just to be clear Roman - my comments were in no way a negative criticism of your image and its treatment but very definitely an adverse comment about the monitor on the laptop I am using currently.
So, please do not make any adjustments purely on the strength of that post.
I firmly believe what I wrote - that it will look simply glorious as a large print!
