Might be best to ask in the Motion & Video section. It looks a video centric app to me.

Cleverly done video but I do not think that the software exists to do this in real time.
Just guessing but this is clever video editing using before and after shots and overlays and masks to produce the effects of real time. Probably took months to pull it all together

Ok... but if we disregard "the real time" part, the question still remains: which software was used for retouching?

Another variant on "That dinner was delicious, Chef! You must have a great oven!" or "That's a wonderful photo; you must have a great camera," and now we have:
"What a terrific photo! You must have some great software!"

Pure guess software After Effects and the interface design an overlay image, which may have been created in PS. The retouching I am guessing already done by a make up artist and two videos shot and combined

I think that's a visual effects conception of a software package that isn't quite here yet, but almost. It was "real" they would have immediately addressed her asymmetrical mouth, asymmetry being beauty violation #1. The closest things to that today are some high end color grading packages mostly intended for motion pictures.
But the software in this video is indeed real. When 1080 first appeared, the need for this kind of stuff became urgent. So here's an already lovely lily being gilded in the name of 4K, which is every actor's worst nightmare.

But nothing new under the sun. Here's George Hurrell "fixing" Joan Crawford with nothing more than an 8x10 negative, a lead pencil, and a few sharp knife edges. Joan and her glamorous contemporaries were lucky to live in the age of low resolution 35mm film stocks, diffusion filters, just-so lighting, and Mr. Hurrell's talents.

Edit...interesting that the pretty girl in the first video winds up looking more perfect, but far less attractive. Girls looking for a boyfriend should not rub Unobtanium into their pores.

4K, which is every actor's worst nightmare.
Not necessarily. I was told of a 4K shoot done recently in the UK specifically so the lead artist could be slimmed down in post. The video of the concert was then released in normal HD.

I wonder if it could be used also for furry subjects. A good test would be transforming a brown coastal bruin into a white polar bear.

Via Facebook I found this excerpt from a Timemagazine article.
