Title: LR5 Print Module Layout Packages not visible

I am likely overlooking something simple, but have Googled, searched this forum,and re-read the print chapters in Martin Evening's and Victoria Bampton's books.

After attempting to create a Custom Package for printing in LR 5 and applying 2- 8x10's to a 13x19 page setup, the program changed to a single cell and (the problem) in the right panels column, the options for single page, packages, or custom layout are not visible.  I'm sure there is a way to get back to the full panel, but I have been unable to figure it out with my feeble brain.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Problem solved by "challenged" user....Format Styles panel turned itself off somehow and I finally found the dropdown and turned it back on.  Duhhh....
