Is the CO 7.1.5.(mac) working well with OS Mavericks?

Late answer but anyway:

CO 7.1.5 has some issues with Maverick's App-Nap-mechanisms. Therefore it is recommended to disable App-Nap which results in slow down the switch between apps.

CO 7.1.6 has fixed this nasty issue.
