Is there any way in LR5 to set rendering intent on exports? For example, let's say I want to export to AdobeRGB with perceptual intent. I can preview the result in soft proof, but the export does not provide any selection for the actual conversion. What is the default intent that LR uses for exports?
Thanks!

Color space conversions only use relative....no matter what you set them to.

Slight correction: That should read, "Color space conversions to matrix based working spaces....."
The standard working space profiles are device independent and therefore are matrix based. Device dependent profiles (monitor, printer, etc.) have Look Up Tables which make Perceptual RI possible

In other words that's something only for printing, not making a file.

Even slighter correction :-)
Color spaces are not device dependent color profiles. This is why they are different.

The export functionality allows selecting any profile, it is not limited to matrix based like sRGB or AdobeRGB v2. So you can select profile that allows perceptual rendering, but you can't set it.
Here is a discussion on a similar topic from Adobe forums with a promise that it will be addressed in LR4.
