Title: Colorchecker passport software won't open - Win 7 64 bit machine - please help!
Post by: adam z on November 15, 2013, 03:56:15 am
I have just tried installing the software from both the disc that came with it, as well as a downloaded version from the xrite website. it seems to all install fine, but when I go to open it, a black box with grey writing pops up briefly (no time to read it), and goes away - and that's all that happens. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure what the problem might be.

Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.

Managed to take a screenshot and I googled the error - this is what I got, though the resolution doesn't involve ISO, shutter speed or f stops - so I have no idea what I need to do to fix the problem despite them giving some idea of what to do. I think it is a windows error, and isn't actually to do with the software itself.

Any advice still much appreciated
