I have posted to the new store (https://shop.platformpurple.com/?shop=2083) a half hour video featuring an interview with Norwegian photographer Bjørn Rørslett. The video also features some beautiful locations on the fjords and in the valleys and mountains of Western Norway.
If you have a subscription, this video is automatically added to your videos. It is also available as a standalone video either through the new store (https://shop.platformpurple.com/?shop=2083) or the LuLa player app if you have it already installed.

Hello Chris,
I just bought the new video to give the new system a test.
But, if you don't know the name of a new video, it is hard to find. Unless I typed Bj (for Bjorn ) into the search field, I couldn't find the new video casue it was hiddenon the 3rd page.

All you have to do is select 'Interviews' or 'Travel & Locations'
OR
type 'Norway' into the search field

Would it be an idea on the "Quicksearch" menu list on the top left of the store page, to have a "New Release" or "Latest Release" sorting option? I have been checking out the store every time I visit Lula and would have totally missed this release.
Chris I think you have got to make it as easy as possible for us to find all the new content as soon as it gets posted ;D

Yes, you are quite right - we are trying to get the Purple People to implement this...

Chris, would this new video automatically show up in the Purple Player app, or do I have to go into the store and select it to transfer to my PP app?
If I need to go into the store, the your store front needs to work on iOS devices, to make things easier for iDevice users. Just a request ;-)

That depends on whether you are a Subscriber or not.
- Subscribers will have it automatically visible within the app - no need to go to the Store (effectively the app is the store - as well as being the media player). Make sure to hit REFRESH.
- If you are not a subscriber, but already have the LuLa app, just click 'Add to my Library'
- First-time purchasers will have to go to the new Store (https://shop.platformpurple.com/?shop=2083)
In all cases, just type 'Norway' into the search field (you could type Bjorn, but NOT Bjørn) ;D
The store seems to work fine for me on both an iPhone and an iPad...please let us know what issues you are having and what device you are using
-
Sorry, I use the LuLa-App on OSX and I can't find any video by searching Norway nor Bjorn.

Chris, yes I am ...you may remember I had a few issues regarding a discount not being applied a month or so back.

Does not appear to be visible in the Purple:Player app I have on my iPad, even after deleting the app and reinstalling it.
FYI. I have original iPad and iOS 5.1.1

Hmmmm - it shows up in mine ok. Have you tried the little 'refresh' symbol? (two curly arrows chasing themselves in the i-app). Refresh is under the wheel thingy in the desktop app
-
Sorry for the trouble you're having!
Please try clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the player and select "Refresh owned products". And it should appear.
If you still have trouble, please contact us at support@platformpurple.com and we can review your account specifically.
Thanks,
Grace

Chris, I've refreshed the library numerous times before with no result. I gave it several hours before trying the delete/reload app and then reporting the issue, in case it was a timing issue.
The video has now appeared in the library on entering the app. I'm assuming a timing issue.
Thanks for the replies.
