Title: Question on ink draining on 8300
Post by: epatsellis on October 18, 2013, 04:08:27 pm
Having replaced my flaky 8300 with an 8400, I'm wondering if there's a practical way to drain the ink in the sub tanks into the tanks (manually of course) before scrapping the printer. Unfortunately, it was only after replacing several tanks that the conclusion tech support came up with was either trailing cable, head pcb or main board. Any thoughts on minimizing the $$$$ that get thrown away?
