Post by: sdwilsonsct on September 21, 2013, 01:20:43 pm
It has been a fine, warm September in Saskatchewan.
Suggestions welcome. Thanks for looking.

Really like the first one... although the other two do bring back memories...

Nice set. I like the fisrt one more, due to the curved lines.

I do think I'd like that building a touch more to the right in the frame. Nice Harvest Moon.

I'm with Jeremy and Paulo.

Well, I was going to express my own opinion, which would have been the same; but it seems you've beaten me to it. I suspect the word you wanted was "Mike".

The image with the moon conveys a sense of the place.

Many thanks for the feedback. I first noticed the moon just rising into that cloud band. I hared off trying to find something to use in a composition, but it's a pretty empty landscape.

I also love the first photo, those curves are very attractive, give a sense of movement.

Thanks, Francois and Justan.

And to Brandt for his ladder suggestion. No ladder here, but I was holding the camera over my head to get that curve.
