Title: fixing slightly cracked protective glass of strobe head?
Post by: studio347 on September 18, 2013, 11:14:17 am
Hi,
I want to fix very slightly cracked protective glass tube of a broncolor strobe head.
I'm thinking glass glue with very high temperature resistance..
Is it recommended or safe? Any experiences?
If so, can you recommend appropriate special glass glue?
Thanks in advance!

I would get a new glass piece.  the risk of it cracking and cutting someone is too high, or failing when a tube blows up.
