That's an interesting shot, but it has more of an HDR look than I'm comfortable with. I think it would be improved by cropping at the left to remove the Sovereign Bank building altogether.

Yes, I agree with the HDR comment… too strong for my taste.

HDR distracts and also brings attention to the glaring issue...competing subjects/cropping problem...non-descript buildings with Sovereign bank sign...with the Manhattan Bridge in distance.
