Title: Capture One 7.1.4 Released
Post by: David Grover / Capture One on September 17, 2013, 08:37:19 am
Hi All,

Capture One 7.1.4 has been released..

With new camera support for Sony RX1R, Sony RX100 II, Fujifilm X-M1 and Olympus E-P5 camera models, Capture One 7 now supports more than 300 different models including cameras from Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Samsung and Sony.

We listen to our dedicated users and have decided to make the spot removal tool, known from Capture One Pro 7, available in Capture One Express 7 too, providing our Express users with an easy way to optimize images and save time.

On top of that, Capture One Pro 7 now also offers a beta version of the popular importer for catalogs from other image editors on the Windows platform, previously only available on the MAC platform. If you wish to transition to the professional choice, it's never been easier.

Updated and now all my thumbnails are blanked out.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, booting in between.  C1 still can't see my photos, which are on a network drive.

Trying to import, C1 crashes...

Win8 x64.

The download doesn't work.

On Firefox I get a server error.

On Google Chrome the predictions of downloading time is between 11 and 24 hours.

What the hell is going on?

I've just tried all our download servers and both are listing about 20 minutes to download.  What speed is your connection?

David,

I too since Friday have been trying to download getting Server 500 error on Safari. Tried Firefox and the download just stalls. I have cleared cache and tried numerous times. I am on a very high speed cable connection and never had the problem previously.

Using your alternate link on the DT website now and it is working.

Update - we are investigating a potential problem that could affect some downloaders.

David,

I did successfully download and install 7.14 from the DT website. And it appears that the new version did fix some odd crashes I had been having lately. Hopefully that will continue. Certainly the best RAW processor out there by far.

Minimum 8 mbs, usually 12 to 15 mbs.

I contacted customer service who sent me an extra link, which downloaded the software in the time you described.

The regular download links stayed at 11 to 20 hours download time, and finally gave a server error 500.

But it's solved now, thanks.
