Everglades Spider Hunt (+ Friends!) (http://johnkoerner.org/blog/?p=449)

Caught some more cool Crab Spiders (and Ambush Bugs!) at the Florida Everglades last weekend and thought folks would enjoy the blog story of how I go about finding my specimens.

Enjoy,

Jack

PS: "Normal" shots taken by my girlfriend using a Powershot G15 point-n-shoot
Macro shots were taken by me using a Canon 7D + MPE-65mm 1x-5x macro lens (or 180mm macro lens, depending on the shot), and most are stacks 8)

Well done!  Thanks for sharing!  Reminds me of my days collecting and counting larval moose ticks.  Those were some fun times...  ;D
