Title: Capture One Issue

I keep on getting a window that pops up in C1 all of a sudden, like in the last day.  (See image)  When I close it out, all of the work I just did an erased and the images in the folder disappear.  Additionally, when I go to the folder menu, I can not open my folders or access them unless I close out of C1. 

How can I rectify this?

Are you running 7.1.3 or something earlier?
