I currently have the 22" mola demi, and would like to purchase a grid for it. I've used grids extensively, but then noticed that there is also a white grid option for the demi - something I've never seen. Has anyone ever used/compared both? Thanks!

The black grid creates a much tighter shape than the white. While the black creates a very isolated light, the white still spills quite widely (while being vignetted at the outside). This isn't necessarily bad -- I own and use both regularly. But if you want to create a noticeably isolated light, go for the black.
