Title: Dry Bag - which one?
Post by: Josh-H on September 05, 2013, 01:04:26 am
I am looking for a new dry bag to keep my Kiboko in when zodiac cruising. Needs to be duffle style so I can dive right in and avoid having to pull the Kiboko out of the dry bag.

Any recommendations?

Was considering the Orlieb 60 litre (http://www.ortliebusa.com/prodInfo.asp?pid=256&cid=2)

Standard touring Kayaker "Sea to Summit"(buy from any kayak canoeing store) dry bag it is top opening fold over double seal 65 liter is about $55.00--  material similar to the Ortlieb that zipper on the duffel  will always leak if the bag goes into or under the water. I had/ have ortlieb  cycling panniers that I bought from "Aerostich" they are terrific however I would class the zippers as water repellant rather than waterproof, they leak in heavy downpours.
