Both interesting to me in different ways.
The color and vibrance of the night versus the sense of people and activity in the day.
In the day shot, the ghosted images really add to the message, at least from my perspective.

As Peter said, both interesting, but I prefer the second.

My vote goes also to the second photo. I like the sky and the ghostly silhouettes.
