Title: Sinar eMotion & Win7?

I have been out of the loop for a while and would like to know if it is STILL only possible to convert and/or work with RAW files from a legacy Sinar eMotion MFDB on a Mac computer or if nowadays there is any way this can this be done on a Windows machine?

Sinar is still Mac only :)
