Topaz ReStyle (http://plugsandpixels.com/restyle.html) was just released with a $30 off discount through 8/31.

Imagenomic updated its plug-ins for Adobe CC and released a new version of RealGrain (http://bit.ly/15LtPqz) (FREE for existing users or use coupon code "SALE2013" until 8/15 for 20% off).

I tried the beta of Restyle and just thought it was not something I would ever really use.

Any of these post-processing options really depend on the type of work you do. In my tests the scenics benefitted the most. YMMV, as they say ;-).
