Hello All.
My recently acquired 9880 is printing a line 12mm in from the leading paper egde. It really only shows up on dark grey to black solid background shots.
I have advanced the paper background by an inch, and this line is still appearing 12mm from the leading edge.
Most of the prints I produce are borderless, so trimming and wasting paper is really not what I wish to do.
I have done all the nozzle checks, and head cleaning procedures.
I have had a 7800 previously and I have never encountered anything like this. ???
Any help would be great.
TIA, Kelvin in AU.

I don't know if this will help, but I have a 7900 that has an option to print the cut line.

HI Ken and thanks for the reply
This printer is printing an unwanted line 12mm into the image, through the blacks that I do not want, and is not on the original file.
This line is what I need to get rid of
Cheers
K.
