Another cracker. What do you give these birds to make them stand just the way you want? Every shot you present here looks as if it were posed with full cooperation from the subject!

I think he gets model releases from all of them and pays them a huge modeling fee.

This one is yet another fine example.

Right.

Just imagine the dozens of semi-trailers parked in the middle of the Bolivian jungle to hold all his crew of hairdressers, makeup artists, lighting techs, set designers, etc., etc.   ;)

But the results are stunning.

Very nice. I really like the way the bird is framed, with the branch above it.
