Hi guys, I bought a Hasselblad HC 80mm with about 3000 actuations off eBay. Couple of months later the shutter died and was stuck in the middle of the lens.
Hasselblad replaced the shutter (exposure unit) for $1100AUD. Shouldn't the counter be reset for the new exposure unit?
Kind regards,
Matt.

I have an HC 80mm lens that hasselblad USA replaced the shutter on. When I got it back it had something like 25 frames on the count (from testing after installing the new shutter)...Not sure if this helps

The counter is in the electronics of the shutter so it will be reset.

Thanks guys, I've contacted Hasselblad to query what I paid for.
