What a beautiful landscape, I never get tired of looking at photos frm this place.
-
+1. Simply jaw-dropping clouds.
-
Nice one.
Some people on here mock me when I say that, without a dramatic sky, Yosemite is a drab, grey place.
This photograph proves my point - without the clouds the image would, indeed, be drab and uninteresting. But you have been in the right place at the right time. Well done.

That reasoning demonstrates the logical fallacy known as Denying the Antecedent.
The mere absence of a dramatic sky does not necessarily mean that there is nothing else bright or interesting.

Great image of this iconic place.

Ansel Adams managed to get some great shots of Yosemite without clouds, take this iconic image (http://www.google.com.au/imgres?imgurl=http://patratosu.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/yosemite3fullsize.jpg&imgrefurl=http://patratosu.wordpress.com/2008/01/29/ansel-adams/&h=2892&w=2083&sz=2634&tbnid=sh7nFxEsNPRx0M:&tbnh=100&tbnw=72&zoom=1&usg=__UGQQoDq6ayERL6mFyN50PR9rOhk=&docid=8nKYXhQ9BM973M&sa=X&ei=VYnXUdb4EceZiQenqoHACQ&ved=0CDMQ9QEwAQ&dur=4140).
Cheers,

Lovely shot...yer cracking sky but as I don't get many 200ft waterfalls around my way it sort of catches my eye as well as the sky.
One day I,ll spend some time here...

Upper Yosemite Falls plunges 1,430-ft.
