Title: Photoshop layers and video.
Post by: stamper on June 28, 2013, 08:55:35 am
I am intending to use PSCS6 for colour correction  - using adjustment layers - in video files. I am fairly comfortable using adjustment layers in PS for stills. It seems like that after using adjustment layers for video you don't flatten them as you would do for stills? Using stills I usually flatten the adjustment layers  - it isn't the best practise? - and duplicate the background layer and sharpen to taste. In the video timeline after correcting for colour and there are two adjustment layers active and I add another blank layer for sharpening then it hasn't any effect. Should the sharpening layer be at the top of the stack or should the blank layer be a duplicate of the background video layer to have an effect TIA.
