Title: Possible DNG bug in LR5
Post by: Gerry Walden on June 18, 2013, 12:39:40 am
I have noted that a number of DNG files converted from RW2 files from a Panasonic Lumix are now showing as b&w instead of colour. The files were converted in LR4 and I am now using LR5.

I have now spotted that LR5 has set the saturation slider on the affected images to -100 and the colour balance to 12000. Why this has happened is totally beyond me, and it has only happened to maybe 20 or 30 images out of 1300+ in that particular folder. Now I know the cause it is quite easy to rectify, and I can only assume it is a bug which I will report. The interesting thins is that if I double-click on the saturation slider to reset it then it resets to -100. The colour balance is easy to rest to 'As Shot' or any other setting.

Not a major problam but rather an annoying one. Has anyone else had a similar bug?
