Title: Epson 2400 question

trying to help a friend out with her printer. Just need to verify...
is it truly the case that the access to media settings needed for fine art papers are only available by selecting page setup settings that only allow using the rear feed?

Mac or PC? I do fine art printing on Red River Aurora Natural. You need to physical swop the Photo Black to Matte Black cartridge if you want to access some of the Advanced B&W options. I could not figure out why my paper settings were greyed out in Advance BW. Until I changed the cartridge/
