In trying times one might run for the hills.
If one does and one is lucky enough,
one may find oneself alone in surroundings inspiring at least.
I found myself in just such surroundings these past few,,,
Here's one second's delight, the yellowish blob is a WTS and oh well on the finer points of photomaking or presentation,

whenever a snap gets 50 views I feel compelled to explain a little more;

When this project was first conceived I was a little skeptical about the materials gathering capacity of the tribe.
I would see a few sticks, a little tule, a few inches deeper on the underground part...
I asked my brutal redneck neighbors for their help,
bulrush from one, large stakeside flatbed farm truck delivery of the tule from another, redwood bark from a third.
They've all been jumping aboard like this is going to be the Grand Entry from our hometown to posterity.
Wonderful people you would naturally be shy of, outright scary men that have hearts of gold.
That's my neighborhood-
jump to the aid of people that believe entirely differently than they do and do so with vigor and quality.
Lucky me.
If anybody in the greater bay area or beyond has a hankering for this kind of work, let me know,
we have a bigger project waiting in the wings...
Thank you for looking,
