This was published when the 800E was released. What has not been answered is does this technique improve or reduce performance over just glass over the sensor?
I get better acuity on a pixel level from my 800E when compared to pixels on my IQ180 w/Rodenstock HR lenses. I'm thinking the double OLP reversed might just straighten out the light a bit increasing performance?
