Title: which is the filter diameter for 120mm Schneider lens TS for Phase One DF?

The manual mentions the Bayonet VIII - 104mm diameter, but looking at B & H, I find these measures, there are only Bayonet 6 - diameter 105; to measure the diameter of my lens between 94mm and gives me 95mm. Someone who has the same lens can help me, I'm looking for some UV and Polarizing, not bayonet.
